Temporary Full-time until 31 December 2023, with possible extension
Clinical Physiotherapist I
Corner Brook Long Term Care Home, Corner Brook, NL

Duties: This physiotherapist position is a highly independent, professional and clinical position with the primary purpose of facilitating optimal occupational performance of clients with a wide variety of physical, cognitive, psychosocial, development or environmentally induced impairments. In consultation with the Corner Brook Long Term Care Team, clinical work involves client assessment, development of client centered goals and intervention plans and all required documentation. The physiotherapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in the achievement of this work. Clinical and non-clinical duties are completed with the support and direction of the Corner Brook Long Term Care Site manager and the Manager of Long Term Care.

Please note while this position will be assigned a primary location, they will be required to travel throughout a designated service area providing Physiotherapy services across multiple program areas including but not limited to acute care, long term care, and community-based service. Mileage and appropriate per diems will be paid in accordance with the NAPE HP Collective Agreement..

Qualifications: Current registration with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Physiotherapists is required.

Hours of Work: 75 Hours per pay period
0800-1600 Hours
Salary Scale: $75,172.50 to $88,647.00 per Annum
