Job Description

Temporary Full-Time until 1 October 2025, with possible extension
Manager of Rural Health Services
Calder Health Centre, Burgeo, NL

Definition of work: Reporting to the Director of Long Term Health Services, Dr. Charles L. Legrow Health Centre; the successful candidate will accountable for providing leadership in planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating clinical program activities on site at Calder Health Centre.
Required qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a health related field, and be registered with a professional association. Five (5) years' experience in the care of older adults, rural health care and management experience is preferred. Candidates will have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style, organizational, communication and decision-making skills as well as an ability to function in a diverse and changing environment. Travel throughout the region will be required.

*A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this position.

NOTE: Use of a private vehicle is a condition of employment.

Hours of Work: 70 hours per pay period
0800-1600, 0830-1630 and 0900-1700 Hours; Monday to Friday
Flexible work hours will be required
Salary: $75,022.00 to $97,529.00 per Annum
