REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of High School, as well as Interprovincial Journeyman's papers are required.

Please Note: If there is no suitable candidate with the required qualifications, the employer is prepared to consider interested applicants who have successful completion of Block 1 of the Commercial Cooking Program or a commercial cooking course approved by NLHS. Other levels of education and experience may be considered in the event there are no qualified applicants. These applicants will be paid at the rate of a Cook I until such time that they obtain their Red Seal.

Hours of Work: 0600-1400, 0700-1500, 0900-1700 and 0930-1730 hours
Shift Work Required; Monday to Sunday.
Salary Scale: $26.39 to $29.22 per hour
